What is CollectShare?

CollectShare is a mobile app that turns posts and web pages into your personal knowledge hub. It lets you capture, classify, store, search, and share the content you value — all securely on your own device.

How do I start using CollectShare?

Download CollectShare from the Apple App Store or Google Play, sign in with your Apple or Google account, then select CollectShare from the share sheet of any web page or social media app to start collecting.

Can I share my collections with others?

The export feature lets you bulk share your collection by setting filters (category, date range, keywords) and exporting metadata along with your notes (excluding thumbnails) in CSV or bookmark format — enabling you to legally share your collections.

Is my data secure?

Privacy is our top priority. All the content you collect (including screenshots and notes) is stored only on your own device, under your full control. In addition, we adhere to GDPR and industry security standards, minimizing the collection of personal data (see our Privacy Policy). For essential subscription and billing processes, we apply industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your information.

What platforms does CollectShare support?

CollectShare is available for iOS and Android only.

Why does the video area turn black when I try to capture a screenshot?

Due to DRM and copyright protection mechanisms, screenshots or screen recordings of social media videos may be blocked by the system, resulting in a black video area. This is normal behavior and not an error of CollectShare.
